Q. What is your return policy?

A. You may return items that are in new condition within 14 days of receipt. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact Manic Urbanic to obtain a return authorization and return label.


Q. What if the item I ordered is damaged?

A. Manic Urbanic has taken great care of ensuring that each item is well packaged to prevent damage from occuring. However, in the event that damage does occur during shipping you may be entitled to a complete refund upon return of the item. You will be required to contact Manic Urbanic or the shipping company directly (FedEx @ 1-800-463-3339, DHL @ 1-800-225-5345 or UPS @ 1-800-742-5877) within five business days, provide a detailed description of the damage, and retain all original shipping/packaging materials to be used for the return shipment of the item along with the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable). You may request to have a replacement item shipped to you instead of a refund, but because of the limited edition nature of the merchandise offered at Manic Urbanic, this may not be an option.


Q. How is payment handled? And is it secure?

A. Manic Urbanic accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through the use of the PayPal payment system. PayPal uses the latest technology and proprietary procedures to protect the security of its transactions. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). For more information please visit PayPal at www.paypal.com.


Q. What if I don't have a PayPal account?

A. You do not need a PayPal account to complete a transaction and may use any major credit card. A PayPal account is entirely optional.


Q. When will my order ship?

A. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days following order confirmation. You will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking information when available. You will be notified ASAP if the item you ordered is no longer available.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Manic Urbanic will only ship within the continental United States to a confirmed credit card address.


Q. What do you mean by limited edition?

A. Manic Urbanic offers merchandise created by Jay Mora - the artist. Some items such as art pieces may only be offered in limited editions.


Q. Can I find your products in stores?

A. Not at the moment. If any products become available at brick and mortar shops it will be announced on the blog.


Q. Are your paints and finishes safe?

A. Yes. Manic Urbanic uses only non-toxic, water-based paints and finishes.


Q. Why is the color of the art work slightly different than what I saw on your website?

A. The colors you see in your internet browser are dependent on how well or how badly your monitor is calibrated, e.g., brightness, contrast, etc. Potentially you could look at the same website on several monitors and find slight variations in the colors based on each monitor's settings. Unless your monitor is severely out of calibration these differences in color should be negligible. Manic Urbanic is not responsible for the misinterpretation of color due to un-calibrated monitor settings. Monitor calibration is essential for emulating colors you see in real life on screen and there are many resources on the internet that will provide you with information on how to properly calibrate your monitor.
